Planetary Roundtable

Earth survived. Now the neighbors have arrived.

About Planetary Roundtable

Planetary Roundtable is the free online reading and exploration home of The Good Earth Saga, created by author Robert Pummer. Here the story is not confined to a book cover. Visitors can enter the settlement, meet its people, explore its community, view its illustrations, and read the saga chapter by chapter.

The Roundtable grew from a larger history. Before Planetary Roundtable came PlanetaryScienceFiction.online, home to the ideas, stories and history of the Earth Mover Universe. That is where the road began.

Planetary Science Fiction is where the history lives.
Planetary Roundtable is where that history becomes a world you can enter.

The Story Behind the Roundtable

The Earth Mover stories began with an extraordinary question: What happens when humanity cannot leave a dying world, but discovers a way to move the world itself?

From that beginning came a larger universe and eventually The Good Earth Saga, where survival becomes something more than technology. It becomes community, work, food, craftsmanship, cooperation, curiosity and humanity's encounter with neighbors it never knew it had.

Why This Site Exists

Planetary Roundtable is not simply a catalog of books. It was created so the stories could be experienced. The Good Earth Saga is available here to read freely, accompanied by its illustrations and the places and people that make up its world.

Readers who want the history behind this world can visit PlanetaryScienceFiction.online. Readers who want to step directly into The Good Earth Saga can begin in the Roundtable Library.
